Dr Dhopatkar is registered with the General Dental Council as a specialist in Orthodontics. He took his orthodontic training in London and was Head of Orthodontics at the University of Birmingham's School of Dentistry. He was also a part-time consultant at Birmingham Dental Hospital, where he was involved in training postgraduate students. He is also a member of the British Orthodontic Society (BOS) and has previously been a webmaster and council member for this organisation.
Dr Dhopatkar has served on a number of BOS committees including the Training Grades Group, the Development and Standards and Clinical Effectiveness committees. He is a member of the World Federation of Orthodontists and an International member of the American Association of Orthodontists. He completed his PhD thesis in 2006 at the University of Birmingham and his work on effects of orthodontic forces on the dental pulp has been published extensively in the national and international orthodontic literature. In 2003, he was awarded the Chapman Prize by the BOS for his research.

Dr Pal qualified at Guy's Hospital London in 1987. He has extensive experience in restorative and implant dentistry. He was the lead clinician at the University Dental and Implant Centre in Birmingham and a clinical teaching fellow at Warwick University where he was a module leader for MSc courses in Implant and Restorative Dentistry.
Dr Pal has been elected as a National Board Member for the Faculty of General Dental Practice (FGDP UK) and is involved in developing quality standards in dentistry. He was the lead author of the publication Training Standard in Implant Dentistry 2016, and is a reviewer of the forthcoming publication Standards in Implant Dentistry.

Sarah completed her training as a dental therapist and as a hygienist in 2016 at Sheffield University. She was a dental nurse before and has been working in this field since 2009. As a Direct Access Therapist, Sarah provides a range of dental treatments for adults and children as determined by the GDC Scope of Practice.
